Pathway is an online career planning tool that assists students at second-level education in the decision-making process when looking at third-level education and potential future careers. Designed around what the student enjoys, Pathway considers several key variables unique to each person, including the student’s favourite subjects in school, their hobbies, their interests, what the student cares about, as well as their decision-making style, assessed through their unique decision-making style. All these factors are combined to provide students with an array of different third-level courses best suited to them.
Pathway also provides students at graduate-level with assistance and support, to better focus their academic decisions to set them up as future professionals passionate about their careers.
All Pathway members will enjoy a variety of members’ content, including the Personal Development Program and the Podcast Series Events, designed to assist in the ‘here and now’ to support students in their future careers.
Pathway Extended Report
Pathway is one of the few available academically validated software tools to help students make informed decisions regarding their future career. It acts as a gateway to new and insightful conversations between students and parents, and helps students explore options they may never have considered previously. The Pathway survey acts as a validation tool for students who already have a career path in mind and focuses recommendations on specific courses under faculty areas.
