Corporate Entities
Pathway provides organisations, both small and large, with the opportunity to have a significant, long-term, and positive impact on the next generation of staff members and the communities they work in, enhancing and implementing your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission.
There are two ways in which Pathway can help your organisations CSR to help today’s students and tomorrow’s workforce make informed and inspiring decisions:
- Offer Pathway to your employees that have children approaching their final years in secondary school or are already at university to help them make informed decisions about their future, where we can help guide them through the Pathway process. The Pathway team will liaise with your organisation and participating staff members, to provide a streamlined service and create each participants’ unique report, allowing them to have more informed discussions with parents and make better decisions for their future.
- Your organisation can sponsor a community group, be it a class, school or students living in a specific community where your organisation operates. This will make a significant contribution to the future of today’s students and tomorrow’s leaders in these local communities. Through providing access to Pathway, you are helping your community stakeholders to make more informed career decision.
Pathway is not just a career decision-making tool, it also provides students that you sponsor with a range of support programs, designed to help students through their development journey. Suited to all students finishing their secondary level or within their 3rd level cycle, the Pathway Membership includes an online, 14-module ‘Personal Development Program’ (PDP) & access to the weekly Podcast Events Series (PES) with a menu of insightful topics and videos. Significantly, for you as a coach to help students, these two programs provide valuable assistance and support throughout second- and third-level education to better focus students’ academic decisions to set them up as future professionals passionate about their careers.
We used Pathway with our staff and several of our clients, specifically for their family student members to participate and help identify what the next generation of students are best suited to. Really engaging tool and program.
